These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Ishaan Sood Architects (“ISA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, engaging our services, or communicating with our firm, you agree to these Terms.
Ishaan Sood Architects provides professional services including but not limited to:
- Architectural Design
- Interior Design
- Urban Design & Master Planning
- Landscape Coordination
- Architectural Visualization
- Green Building & Sustainability Consultation
- Project Coordination & Advisory Services
Specific services shall be governed by separate agreements, proposals, or fee schedules mutually executed between parties.
All drawings, concepts, renderings, and presentations are prepared based on information available at the time and remain subject to:
- Site conditions
- Structural feasibility
- Consultant coordination
- Statutory approvals
- Applicable byelaws and regulations
- Technical development and revisions
Actual execution and built outcomes may vary.
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project and ownership information
- Obtain necessary legal permissions and approvals
- Ensure timely decisions and approvals
- Appoint qualified contractors and consultants where required
- Make payments as per agreed schedules
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and deliverables.
Professional fees, reimbursements, taxes, and payment schedules shall be governed by separate agreements.
- Payments made are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
- Applicable taxes shall be payable by the client.
All architectural drawings, concepts, models, renderings, specifications, presentations, and creative works prepared by Ishaan Sood Architects remain in the intellectual property of the firm unless expressly transferred through written agreement.
Clients shall not:
- Reproduce or modify drawings without consent
- Use documents for unauthorized projects
- Share proprietary material with third parties without approval
Unauthorized usage may attract legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.
All content published on our website, social media, presentations, publications, and promotional material is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Ishaan Sood Architects shall not be responsible for:
- Contractor workmanship
- Construction quality
- Site safety
- Material procurement
- Labor disputes
- Construction delays
- Structural execution errors
Periodic site visits do not constitute continuous supervision.
Preparation of drawings in accordance with applicable regulations does not guarantee approval by statutory authorities. Final approval remains subject to the discretion of relevant authorities.
The client shall remain responsible for legal ownership of documentation, statutory fees, sanctions, and approvals unless otherwise agreed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ishaan Sood Architects shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business interruption or loss of profit
- Cost escalations
- Delays caused by third parties or authorities
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
Any liability, if established, shall be limited to the professional fees received for the relevant scope of services.
The parties shall maintain reasonable confidentiality concerning proprietary, financial, technical, and project-related information, unless disclosure is required by law.
Services may be suspended or terminated in cases including but not limited to:
- Non-payment of dues
- Breach of agreement
- Misrepresentation of information
- Illegal or unethical activities
- Mutual written consent
All dues payable up to the termination date shall remain enforceable.
Ishaan Sood Architects shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Labor strikes
- Civil disturbances
- Utility or technical failures
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in Himachal Pradesh, India.
Ishaan Sood Architects reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication.
